It will be a custom and great experience, just set it up through the Alexa app on your iPhone. Long story short you should be able to integrate your Apple Music on Alexa seamlessly and not have to use any additional devices.

Siri does though so I think it’s truly an Amazon problem. I listen to Spanish music and sometimes she does not understand what I’m saying. I also have Apple music stations and other stuff, but it is true Alexa is not the best for Apple Music. (I have updated my Alexa app and I have the most updated version of iOS.) I completely understand the steps to link (please don't send me the steps on how to link these). It’s nice though because if you make playlists on Apple Music you can just tell her to play the playlist my name and it will know that it is your playlist. I have an Apple Music subscription and I've been playing Apple Music on my Alexa for over a year. Then whenever you play music you have to say “Alexa, play such and such song on Apple Music.”

It is a little cumbersome, but if you’re signed into Apple Music on the phone and use the Alexa app on the same phone, it will link your music on Apple to your Amazon devices.

Hey OP I don’t know if you got a solve on this, you need to use the Alexa app to link your Apple Music account.
